Video Duplication Pricing
The two primary factors that determine your per-unit cost for VHS dubs are the length of the program and the number of copies. There are price breaks at specified quantities - basically, the more you order, the more you save. Please call for quote.

VHS Labeling & Packaging Templates
Vipdubs offers total design services and/or design assistance. We have standard VHS Face and Spine labels (black text on white stock) for basic projects. We also offer Full-Color PMS certified laser printing, so even short-run projects can have that 'stand-out-in-the-crowd' appeal at a very economical cost. For the do-it-yourself designers, we provide VHS templates which give you VHS labeling and packaging specifications and can be printed or downloaded.

We accept high resolution (300 dpi or greater) artwork compatible with these software programs:
Photoshop
Illustrator (version CS2 or earlier)
InDesign (version CS2 or earlier)

If you have questions about other formats supported, contact us to insure we have the proper resources. We request a hard copy sample of the artwork to confirm color and layout.
Approving Your Artwork Online
Vipdubs is pleased to offer the on-line convenience of label approval. If you have multiple labels to be approved we will forward you a link to an on-line review / approval interface. The link will direct you to our secure on-line label approval site. Once there, click on the thumbnails or arrow button to review each item. For each item, please check either the "Approved" box, if there are no changes or the "Other" box and indicate the changes by clicking in the text area below and type in your comments. When complete, click the "E-Mail Feedback" button, a prompt box will open, enter your name and click "OK". This will open an e-mail message addressed to Vipdubs, click "Send" and your feedback will be forwarded to us.

1/3 Sleeve Plastic Box- this sturdy snap-shut case protects your tape and has a see-through strip on the front and spine to protect your printed label.
Clear Plastic Box- light weight but durable, this clear case allows the face and spine label on the tape to be read (also available in neon colors).
Cardboard Sleeve- FREE with each VHS tape. Face and spine labels are clearly visible. Colors available while stocks last.
